Refund Policy

You can cancel the service request and the refunding procedure will be based on the given refund policy.

• You should request for cancellation by sending an email to admin@towa-esutenet.com.

• You should cancel the service atleast 24 hours before the date on which the service is requested.
  

• Cancellation of the services will be accepted only if you have done the cancellation request, atleast one day before the service requested date.

• Once we receive the cancellation of service, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 14 working days.

• The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made.
